Bánffy Castle

Bánffy Castle is an architectonic Baroque monument situated in Bonţida (Bonchida), a village in the vicinity of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It was owned by the Bánffy family , sometimes also called "The Versailles of Transylvania".
The castle was desecrated during World War II by German troops and neglected by the communist regime in Romania;Currently is being restored but anyway, this castle has it's magic even it is ruined...

Gyalázatos...azt hiszem, hogy több órán, sőt napokon keresztül tudnám átkozni az illetékeseket, akik íly sorsra játszodták e műemléket és vele együtt egész Erdélyt...
